Birthday on the Beach

Nine years ago we embarked on an adventure far greater than our one to California.  We became parents of one fabulous redhead, and not just any redhead, The Redhead.  And as cliche as this is, our lives have never been the same.  Fortunately.


And so we celebrated our favorite Anniversary on the coast.  Because we can.

At least we spent part of our day there.  Then we had lunch at the House of Chuck.  And eventually found ourselves playing Monster mini golf.  Then we bought a marsupial critter in a nearby shop.  We also stopped at 37 Flavors for one ice cream cake.  And aside from her bush baby looking plush friend, the only thing she really wanted for her birthday was a game called, Animal Crossing.  Done.  We're hoping she enjoyed her day.  Regardless, I know we did.  After all, it's the celebration of our favorite day, and every year since.
