We're almost a week late, but I'm proud to announce that we survived our first school year in California. Differences were in abundance, and extremely overwhelming, but we made it. We survived.
Luckily.
And let me be the first to admit, the changes bothered me the most, I think. And that child of mine? Well, she's a champ. I couldn't be more proud of how well she has embraced the differences and succeeded in spite of them. Amazing. She's amazing.
