One play date. The Redhead went on one play date, and suddenly she has embraced her inner Monster High Doll fan.
And we couldn't be happier. We always knew it was there. It had to be. They're monsters. And she's....her.
I had grabbed this set as fast as I could when Target had it on sale for $44.99 on their site with free shipping. I thought it'd be perfect for Christmas, but then we were so excited about giving it to her before she remembered she doesn't play with dolls....
That, and we had been trying to decide on what to do to reward her for doing so well at her new school. She already has over 100 Accelerated Reader points for the year and she appears to be an excellent student. She was over the moon about her surprise.
The Perpetual Toddler, on the other hand, couldn't have cared less.
