Chickens in the Trees

While it sounds like some sort of B...or F horror movie, we discovered chickens in the trees last December.  We were in the Land of Chickens, this quaint little area with free roaming chickens, waiting for the Christmas parade and there they were.  Chickens.  In the trees.



And this year....there they were again.  Chickens in the trees.







You can't visit the Land of Chickens without taking lots of photos of chickens.  Or maybe that's just me...

There's even a chicken begging for food.

And like last year, they had some crafts.

Then we stopped at Dianda's again, an Italian cafe and bakery.

Now all we need is a Christmas tree in our living room and I will be ready for the holidays.  Because it's not Christmas without a parade and tree.  And technically, we have the tree, I just need to decorate it.

And luckily, my Favorite Two put up the lights the day after Thanksgiving.

 Yeah, it's definitely Christmastime.
